A little time for your mind, every day.
We are developing a simple routine of short cognitive activities and voice exercises, with optional sleep and activity context from a compatible wearable. Follow your activity over time and choose what you share. We are seeking people to help shape the experience.
In development Not a clinical service and not evidence of validated detection. Last reviewed 5 October 2026.
Three screens, five calm minutes
What a participant does, what they see afterwards, and how they stay in control. These are prototype screens; the finished experience will be shaped by early participants.

Your trend
Memory game, last 12 weeks. This shows how you did on this game. Scores often rise with practice. It is not a measure of brain health and not a diagnosis.
Sharing
You can change these at any time and download or delete your data.
Prototype screens for illustration. Features, supported wearables and data handling will be confirmed before the pilot opens.
A wellbeing routine, described plainly
- It is a routine of short activities you can follow over time.
- It shows how you did on each activity, with practice effects explained.
- It lets you choose what to share, and with whom.
Who we are looking for first
Adults who would like a short daily routine for their mind and are happy to tell us what works. Family members can be involved where the participant chooses.
What we are learning
- Do people understand what each display means, and what it does not?
- Is the routine enjoyable and accessible enough to keep using?
- Do participants feel in control of their data?
DementiaDetect
DementiaDetect is a separate research initiative, led by Altiora's founder, exploring whether everyday signals could help notice cognitive change earlier. It has its own evidence pathway: its advisory group is being formed and its validation stages are planned or in progress.
Nothing from that research is a feature or benefit of Altiora Health. If research ever supports a different product, it would need its own evidence and regulatory pathway first.

- Consent for each type of data, which you can withdraw
- Built to UK data protection law, with the Children's Code considered from the start
- Designed to WCAG 2.2 AA, with large text and calm colours
- Wellbeing language only, in line with medical-device intended-purpose rules
Register your interest
We will invite a small group of adults to try the routine and tell us what works. Registering does not commit you to anything, and we will only use your details to contact you about the pilot.
Researchers and clinicians: please use the research contact route instead.
